Role Overview: Account Director

As a Account Director at EXHIB-IT!, you’re not just managing clients—you’re partnering with them to bring their event marketing and branded environments to life. You’ll help companies transform their trade show booths into conversation-starting, lead-generating, brand-elevating masterpieces. This isn’t just a job; it’s your chance to blend your creative spark, strategic mindset, and love for relationship-building into something truly impactful.
What You’ll Do
- Sell Like a Pro: Build and grow client relationships while driving sales of custom exhibits in a competitive market. From nurturing existing accounts to hunting down new opportunities, you’ll bring the hustle.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Understand client objectives inside and out. Help them create impactful marketing strategies and uncover opportunities to grow within their organization.
- Lead the Charge: Coordinate internal teams, keep projects on track (and on budget), and manage the discovery, design, and build phases like the rockstar you are.
- Own the Details: Oversee budgets, cash flow, and project profitability—because we know the numbers matter just as much as the creativity.
- Be Present (Literally): Travel to events to support the client, ensure everything runs smoothly, and scout for future business opportunities.
- Stay in the Know: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and our suite of services so you’re always ready to wow your clients.
What You Bring to the Table
- A track record of closing deals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- A natural talent for active listening and problem-solving with creative solutions.
- Top-tier organizational skills and an eye for detail that would impress even the most detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills—whether you're presenting, writing, or chatting with clients.
- Tech-savviness with Office365 applications and CRMS
- The flexibility and excitement to travel.
- A self-motivated attitude and a team player mentality.
Bonus Points
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Public Relations (or equivalent experience).
- Direct experience with trade show displays, from supplier or brand side
- At least 4 years of sales experience (preferably with large organizations).
- A background in advertising, marketing, or events—because we love industry insiders.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
