As the primary liaison, you will directly engage with clients to establish and nurture relationships, ensuring heightened levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Responsibilities: Operate autonomously, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client requirements and promptly addressing all inquiries with efficiency and precision.
  • Foster and cultivate professional relationships with clients to bolster company revenue streams.
  • Travel to event locations to oversee the entire event lifecycle, from setup to teardown. • Effectively manage client escalations while consistently delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with operations to ensure timely service delivery within budgetary constraints and adherence to quality standards.
  • Act as an integral member of the management team, driving profitability and continual improvement in Las Vegas Operations. Qualifications:
  • Preferably possess experience in the convention and trade show industry.
  • Proficient in articulating customer-focused concepts within the organization.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in relationship-building and fostering rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Display empathy and high emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge. Work Environment:
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, including on-site presence.
  • May entail extended hours during peak periods.
  • Predominantly operates on the event floor, amidst noise and crowds.
  • Involves collaboration with both union and non-union employees.
