Show Masters Production Logistics, Inc. operates, as one of its divisions, an established national provider of exhibit installation and dismantle labor, local tools and material support, and project management for trade shows, marketing events, and exhibit environments. We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to take the lead in running and growing this operation. Job Responsibilities As the Director of Operations, you’ll be the cornerstone of our operational success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company’s vision and goals.
- Operational Management: Oversee all operational functions, including resource allocation, logistics, and process optimization, to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to ensure profitability and sustained growth.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with team to identify and develop best practices, drive efficiency and enhance operational workflows.
- Project Management: Driving projects involving the development and evolution of the division and its structure.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, address challenges, seize opportunities, and scale the operation’s resources and service geography.
- Client Focus: Promote, maintain, and enhance our commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications We’re searching for an exceptional leader with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years in operations management, project management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience scaling operations in a growing company.
- Prior experience in business ownership, co-ownership, or executive leadership roles is highly desirable.
- Certifications in leadership, management, or industry-specific areas are a strong plus, as is any working knowledge of process development (Six Sigma, etc.)
- Industry experience in the exhibit, installation, or dismantle services segment is ideal, though not mandatory.

Compensation
- A base salary, open to negotiation
- A percentage of the operation’s revenue
