We’re expanding our footprint and seeking a motivated and results-driven East Coast Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and managing accounts within the East Coast region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the trade show and event industry, as well as a proven track record in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trade show and event industry.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Communicate market trends and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Travel and Representation:
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings across the East Coast region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the trade show or event industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
