Lakeshore Exhibit Service is looking for an experienced Estimator, who will be responsible for working with the exhibit designer and sales staff to prepare timely and accurate estimates for projects as requested and outlined, as well as incremental pricing estimates for changes and/or additions that occur throughout the project cycle.

We specialize in Exhibit Design & Construction, Rental Exhibits, Branded Environments, Installation & Dismantling, Exhibit Storage & Management, & Full Tradeshow Services.

Responsibilities:

· Effectively attain budgets, timelines, structures, design finishes, show services, and overall client expectations from the Designer and Account Executives/Account Director.

· Create written proposals and invoices for custom and rental exhibits.

· Partner with approved vendors on material sourcing and pricing to meet the project budget.

· Manages a daily log of estimate requests and revisions.

· Communicate with and provide support to the Project Manager, assuring the understanding of client expectations, build plans, and costing assumptions.

· Partners with the Accounting department to reconcile costs as needed.

· Provide leadership and implement ideas that improve lead time and accuracy.

· Required Experience:

· Estimation, Detailing or Project Management experience within the manufacturing of custom trade shows exhibit properties – min 3 years’ experience.

· Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines.

· Proactive with a sense of urgency to always respond.

· Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints.

· Excellent communication, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
